We LOVED this place! The view from the balcony was amazing and the room was spacious and clean. Really central location- 1 min from the train station, 2 mins from the ferry and right in the middle of Como

The room was really clean and modern, the bathroom and over facilities were really good. The hotel is in a brilliant location, right by the lake, bus/train station with a super market underneath. I couldn't fault my stay and would definitely recommend.

Location ks amazing, 1 minute walk from the trainstation and the lake. Only negative is that there are a lot of young people hanging out on the street at night so it gets pretty loud.

The room was everything I wanted for my stay in Como. A gorgeous view of the lake from the balcony, clean, modern accommodations, and a brief walk from everything you want to see and experience. Checkin was easy and the staff was extremely responsive. Would highly recommend to anyone.

The property was a little hard to find but excellent once you got inside. Also, it’s a little loud as it’s on a main street but once the metal shutters are rolled down, it’s much quieter. All in all, it’s an excellent place to stay

Great place with view of lake como. Quite noisy as on very busy road junction but no great issue for us. Parking is very difficult but once we found a spot it was ok. Lots of local restaurants and town centre a short walk away.

Fabulous stay in perfect location

The rooms are even better in person! We were delighted with the huge room size and view from the balcony. The whole place is very luxurious and had very thoughtful details like snacks with the coffee machine. My only complaint about the room is that there is one small trash can in the bathroom, it would be nice to have a larger one in the room especially for longer stays. Location is absolutely perfect, right on the lake and near many restaurants.

Property is on the second floor above a bus station. Very noisy at night. Checkin was convoluted as their is no staff on hand and requires many steps to self check in. Building is not well marked. Lake view room had a odd layout with the shower in the bedroom right behind the headboard. Completely open. Weirdest thing I have seen in a while.

City Tax payment method

Great location, clean room, close to everything. Paying for city tax was a major problem. First, they wanted you to pay the city tax, providing your credit card or bank information outside the Hotel. Com secure platform. Secondly, La Stanza would not meet you at their Hotel to pay the city tax. We had to go to their reception office to pay the city tax. It was located in a place that was very difficult to find. On the day we arrived it was pouring rain, needless to say it was a horrible experience. La Stanza needs to fix their city tax payment method.

Es handelt sich um ein Zimmer im ersten Stock eines Eckhauses direkt an der Seepromenade inklusive Balkon mit direktem Seeblick. Wer gerne direkt im Getümmel an zwei sehr stark ! befahrenen Straßen sitzt und dem Treiben zuschaut, wird seine Freude haben. Alle anderen schließen die eigentlich sehr gut isolierten Fenster, lassen die Rollläden runter und lauschen dennoch bis 2 Uhr nachts dem Verkehr. Da nützen auch die kostenlos bereit liegenden Ohrstöpsel nichts. Leider war mir die Lage bei Buchung nicht klar, daher nur bedingt Abzug bei der Bewertung. Ansonsten ist das Zimmer scheinbar sehr frisch und geschmackvoll renoviert. Das Bett ist groß und bequem und es gibt Rollläden. Das Bad ist recht klein. Da kann man sich auf Toilette schnell mal die Knie stoßen. Die Dusche sieht toll aus, hat mittelmäßigen Druck und Wärme. Es gibt eine Kaffeemaschine, einen Kühlschrank und Zwieback/ Marmelade. Die Lage ist zentral, das Bus- Terminal und die S- Bahn liegen jeweils 10 Meter entfernt, ebenso der See, die Altstadt 200 Meter. Im EG ist ein kleiner Supermarkt.

The location is the best and close to everything. Had trouble accessing property but once inside it was all good. Nice and clean. Keep the awning partially closed for privacy because the windows are visible to people passing
