โThe free dinner was not a good choice for a group. Tacos and hot dogs. Actual horsd'oeuvers or something more general would have been better. Breakfast was really good. Lot of great options โ
โGreat hotel, great location, and wonderful staff all around. We were greeted kindly at check-in and received a complementary breakfast as it was my birthday. The check-in staff was extremely friendly. Our server the next morning at breakfast was also extremely nice and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Definitely would recommend this hotel and will stay again if in the area.โ
โMy room was very comfortable, spacious, and clean when I arrived. Staff were very friendly as well. Parking is a little bit of a hassle, but I don't think that's the hotel's fault. If you don't have a car, there are many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Would stay here again โ
โStaff was friendly and incredibly helpful. I had two issues they addressed immediately. The room was clean, quiet, air conditioned, spacious, and a really nice stay. I was in town for a stressful two day event and the hotel was what I looked forward to at the end of each day. Also amazing breakfast options.โ
โThe property is updated and well maintained. There was a storm the night we were staying and the power went out. I feel like the hotel staff did what they could to still make the stay comfortable, so I didn't lower the rating based on something they didn't have control over.โ

โClean, seemed new, convenient. Pool could be bigger, no hot tub, and some things on the breakfast line could have been refilled quicker, but great overall. Would return. โ
โBeautiful building and very clean, modern apartment. Right across street from Target Field and reasonable walk to downtown and North Loop restaurants.
Only complaint: keypad on lobby entry door either not sensitive enough or too sensitive - lots of retryโs needed. On the other hand keypad on room door worked every time.โ
"i stayed 4th floor of the hotel, but the heater broke down, so I had to changed room twice in the middle of the night, and the last room I stayed wasn't even warm enough."
