โBreakfast was mediocre...old fruit, nothing for toast[bread!] cereal was flavored sugared except for oatmeal. Hot water machine sometimes worked.
clock in room missing lights so a 6 or 8 was a guess.โ
โA very nice hotel & the staff was friendly. When we in Minnesota for the State Fair & when we asked about shuttle service, the front desk clerk informed us of a free shuttle very close to the hotel. He was very friendly & answered all of our questions about the free shuttle & how to get there. The hotel also let us park in the lot for free the day of our departure while we were at the fair. A very positive experience. Thank you!โ
โThe Celeste in St. Paul was great! Tucked into a beautifully restored old convent. You can still feel its history, from artwork by the nuns and stained-glass windows, to the original hardwood floors. My room with a Juliette balcony and a fireplace was fantastic!
The only drawback was the breakfast. Advertised as a hot breakfast including eggs, potatoes, and breakfast meats. Sadly it only included cereal, fruit, toast, and frozen breakfast sandwiches and a microwave.
Would definitely stay here...
โThe staff was exceptionally helpful and courteous. Our rooms provided all that was needed for comfort. The breakfast provided included options for any taste preference. Kudos to the late night staff who brewed a new pot of coffee for us to enjoy.โ
โOverall, the stay was great. The employees were friendly and hospitable, the building was clean and there were plenty of extras throughout the place. We did have an issue with a person who woke us up in the middle of the night bumping their car bass right outside our window. That didn't stop us from enjoying the rest of our stay. I would recommend this placeโ
"i stayed 4th floor of the hotel, but the heater broke down, so I had to changed room twice in the middle of the night, and the last room I stayed wasn't even warm enough."
