“Everything was excellent the only comment would be that the TV remote had very low batteries so it worked on and off, the washing machine’s door handle was broken so could not use it and the AC worked but not great so it kept the room temperature higher than desired (23-24 C ).”

“We were greeted by a lovely lady and we were on our honeymoon with a 3 night pitstop in Verona... Upon entry to our room the bed was made up lovely with prosecco and balloons... A very appreciated and lovely gesture for us to receive - thank you!! The accommodation was in a great spot - despite lots of students out on the street you couldn't hear them in the apartment which was a relief. The bathroom was immaculate also. "This was an old hotel where almost nothing seemed to work properly. The air conditioning was erratic — it was either too cold or too hot — and after taking a shower, the water didn’t drain well, leaving the bathroom flooded. At one point, the electricity even went out and we had to call someone to fix it. Breakfast was another letdown, with sausages and eggs served completely cold, which was quite shocking. Overall, it was a very unpleasant stay, and this hotel is definitely not deserving of a 5-star rating."

"호텔직원 모두 친절하셨고 룸컨디션도 최고였습니다. 룸도 사진보다 훨씬 좋았어요 도착직전 트윈을 원하는지, 더블 원하는지, 주차장 이용하는지 몇시도착인지 whatsapp 통해서 꼼꼼히 확인해 주시더라구요.. 조식도 맛있었어요.. 화장실 문이 잠기지않아 수리요청했고 고쳐주신다고했는데, 저녁에 와보니 고쳐져있지않았지만 사용에 큰 문제는 없었습니다. 관광지에서도 가까워요"
