"I have stayed here many times. It is clean and has good parking. I do object to a $35 "early check-in" charge. I often arrive before 4:00 PM and they want me to pay the early check-in fee, even if they have rooms available at that time. I sit in the lobby until 4:00 instead of going to my room, which was available when I arrived.."

"Front desk young lady was very professional and had the best customer service. Check in was a breeze and got the room I requested. Room was quiet and cool with the ac ! Water pressure was awesome !!"

"We needed a spot in Walnut Creek close to a friend's condo. The Inn is not much to look at from the outside, but the rooms are much better than the exterior appearance. They are all laminate (no gross carpet) and renovated. The bed was super firm (which I like). It's in a very convenient location. There is traffic noise from the highways, but I like white noise, so it was not an issue."

"The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was no "Do not disturb sign to hang on the door or sign to indicate maid service or not. Upon arrival a city police car patrolled the parking lot 3 times before we were checked in. Parking lot was littered upon arrival and only accumulated more during our 3 night stay. Due to COVID there was no access to lobby only security window used for night access. There were 2 large cargo shipping containers in the parking lot taking up 6 or 8 parking...
