“Love this place! This was not my first time at this hotel and you simply cannot beat the view and terrazza and the food at this little gem. The only reason I cannot give it five stars is that the rooms are rather simple and service on the terrazza can be very slow - as in sitting there with my friends for a while and finally having to go ask to place our order when employees are walking all around us setting up tables. “Super lovely property, staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast In the lobby was good. We had a nice large balcony. Super easy walk to the beach and some good restaurants. Lots of places closed on Sunday evenings but a 20 minute walk we found some places. Housekeeping was kind and did a great job, they brought us a clothes dryer when they saw us drying clothes in the bathroom. Free parking onsite. “Soluzione con un buon rapporto qualità prezzo. La struttura non è nuovissima, ma offre comunque stanze spaziose con aria condizionata e balcone. La posizione è piuttosto comoda, ci sono posti auto per i clienti e si trova pochi passi dal bellissimo borgo antico di Grottammare. Con una passeggiata di 15 minuti si può scendere al mare. Il personale dell'hotel è gentile e disponibile. ”
