Excellent service from the desk overnight guy. He brought us complementary hot chocolate and the next morning saved us breakfast at 10 am and allowed us to check out later at 1 pm.

The reception was very friendly, informative and very gracious. The waiter/ butler was awsome, very attentive to ours need and very puntual. Ours oversll stay was awsome, I highly recommends this place!!!

The staff asked to pay at front desk, just wanna do everything thru expedia. Room was smaller than pics. Breakfast first day was served at 9am as coffee too and that was very inconvenient. No bonfire and hotel conditions weren’t at its best
