“We stayed one night at the hotel so we could explore Old San Juan. The rooms were very unique and the building was very neat. The staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestions in the area. We checked out that morning to do a local tour and they held our luggage until it was over. We really enjoyed the hotel”

“The property was OK, the staff was great, it smelled great throughout the hotel, but the rooms were small, and the bathroom was tiny, and we did not have any hot water in the shower, shower was lukewarm at best! Also no elevators which we knew about, but we were on the top floor, so carrying all our heavy luggage up 4 flights of steps was tough! Also rooftop was not very well kept, had trash and old rusty chairs.”
