Hi Bobby, very sorry to hear your stay with us was the greatest.The pool had just been drained and refilled and was getting back up to its normal temperature so maybe it was not quite there when you used it. We are currently looking into the murky water issue as it should not have been having just refilled it. Very sorry for the confusion on paying cash when checking out again this something I will be looking into.Your next stay with us will certainly be better Bobby and I will make sure of that. Thank you Bee for your feedback - I am sorry that you did not enjoy your room. All of our standard king rooms are also accessible with the walk in shower. I do believe that this is noted in the room description but my apologies if this was not clear at the time of booking. We do offer other King room types if that is of interest - we have a King business room as well as a King suite. I hope that this helps in your next booking decision and that we will see you again.
