โThe hotel was very peaceful and you could see the elk when it was feeding time. The hotel had rocking chair out side for you to sit and relax in. I could not asked for a better time. We had stayed in other hotel and pay alot more but this one is one of the nicest one there is. You could walk to the store and see the river across the street.โ
โI dropped my leg pillow on the parking lot, not only did they find it, they put in a plastic bag (it had gotten soaked in a rain storm), and called us after we checked out. Fortunately, we weren't too far down the road. My sciatica appreciates all of you.โ
โLindsay at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. Gave us suggestions of things to do. Beds were comfortable and a/c was nice and cold. The only problem we had was the internet service. Could barely connect. Other than that , definitely recommend. Loved Bryson City !โ
โWhat a little gem in Sylva. Had the perfect onite stay there and enjoyed walking to dinner and to the cute shops in town. Great communication re: checkin via text and very helpful and accommodating receptionist in the office. Will be back! โ
