Clerk who checked us in(think his name was George) was very friendly. Room clean, however the shower floor wasn't. Breakfast area was very busy and had to wait for a table(had gone down earlier for a cup of coffee, then went down about 30 minutes later and same people were still there seemed to have finished their breakfast but continued to take up tables)breakfast was good, lots of choices. Checkout was easy.

The most pleasant place to stay. I can't think of how it could be better. Breakfast was very good with eggs and sausages.

The room was basic and useful for what we needed. There was only one chair, which was ok but 2 would have been helpful, but it was a small and basic room. There was conditioner in the shower, but they were out of the shampoo. Again, very basic room and we were not expecting luxury and it served our purposes well. The heat/ac unit worked well and the blackout curtains were great. The staff were very nice and it was a convenient location for our Polar Express adventure. We were able to get to the room and then to our train ride really easily.

An older facility but well maintained, clean and very friendly staff. Breakfast was standard hotel type serve yourself breakfast (eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, etc). Would definitely stay there again if in the area.

Clean and comfortable rooms with very friendly and helpful staff. Good value for a couple nights while visiting the Bryson City/Cherokee area. Basic breakfast. I did not find it walkable into town given the hot weather in August though.
