“The room was clean and comfortable, and the kids loved the pool. My biggest rave, though, is Natalie. Natalie was working the front desk and I can't praise her highly enough! She was attentive, helpful, friendly, and just the sweetest young lady that I've had the pleasure of checking in with and talking to, and I've stayed at many hotels. If there was a guaranteed Natalie at every hotel that I booked, I would pay extra to stay there. She is just wonderful!”

“I'm a wheelchair user but the hotel gave me a room which has a corridor with two steps. That was the only room which doesn't have wheelchair ramp. Breakfast was good and the location was good.”
