The staff at front desk was awful, one woman was the one there but I don’t remember the name, she didn’t want to help us in the accommodation of 9 people, she charged us $166 per room, even though one person stayed alone. Parking was safe if in the parking garage. They were remodeling so the pool was not in service, disappointing. Employees were very nice. Great view, if you want to sleep in make sure to get a room off the back. Over all this was a nice place close to park.

Was awesome, get a guide! Julio if possible. He worked there since he was young excavating the ruins and with the archeologists, very knowledgeably.
