Good location for hop on off bus. Lots of restaurants. Be prepared for an expensive city. Hotel room was too warm. Thermostat didnt make a difference. No housekeeping unless you ask. Mold along the shower door

This was our second time staying here and it was just as good as the first time. Everything is accessible by wheelchair. Comfortable room, friendly staff, great breakfast and good location. This time we had a car and the underground parking was very convenient. Although the entrance by car is a couple of blocks away, once you park there’s a lift that brings you right to the hotel entrance.

This hotel/Conference centre has the most amazing breakfast. Rooms are large with great views and comfortable beds. The staff is super helpful! Easy walking access to city centre and to the airport via metro.

We had a great stay. Family trip, 2 nights. Our room offered plenty of space for our family. Breakfast was lovely. Location was easy to access from central train station. Would stay again.

Bad experience. They don’t clean the rooms unless you ask them to. This is unseen
 We are used to stay in hotels many times a year. A service like this is unbelievable. On top of that, the hotel gives nursing home vibes. Dark rooms, no amenities. No phone to ring reception.

The room was functionally clean but could have been cleaner - eg I lifted the covers to check for bugs (I always do this) and under the top sheet was quite dusty and under the bed needed hoovering. But the breakfast was great, the staff great, loved the free table football, view of the lake was amazing. We didn't use the luggage storage but beware you have to pay for it.
