Comfortable, spacious room. No noise from other rooms.Excellent breakfast, lots of choice and plenty of seating. Helpful, friendly staff. Suitable for disabled people and promotes use of sunflower scheme/lanyard. Hotel next to metro station that goes straight to airport. Walkable area and lots of food/shopping options. Very friendly, attentive staff, modern facilities and great breakfast options. The hotel is in a convenient location just a couple of minutes from the metro station and a few stops from all major attractions. Plenty of nearby bars/restaurants as well. Read some poor reviews about the lack of air conditioning/climate control and stuffiness in the rooms but our family room was absolutely fine. Would definitely stay again

Amazing stay!

The hotel offers an extensive buffet breakfast with many options. Lovely decor based on a theatre theme with cosy seating areas and bar. Staff were very attentive and helpful. The hotel is located in a central area with many fine restaurants, cafes and an award winning shopping mall. Metro is just a few steps away. We would definitely stay here again when we visit Copenhagen!

Overall nice hotel. Nice and friendly staff in reception. Rooms were clean and nice size. Lacking kettle to make tea. Bathroom not great . It was very small and had a small bathtub which was difficult to get in and out of. Not good for elderly or other people with difficulties moving easily.

Good location, great breakfast, dusty room

Good location - near M1, M2 and M3 in Fredericksburg. The beds were a bit worn; they sunk in the middle. Several dusty throw pillows in the room and generally a lot of dust - exacerbated my daughter's asthma. Breakfast was very good. All staff, save the first one with whom I interacted, were friendly and very helpful.
