The outdoor rooftop terrace was a lovely place to sit. The hotel is close to so many amenities, parks, public transport, museums etc... The staff we all very helpful and the whole place was extremely clean and welcoming.

The rooms are clean and well laid out. Our original room was way too small but were able to upgrade to a wonderful room with an amazing view! The breakfast was nice and the staff was very helpful:)

The location was perfect, central to everything and near two beautiful green-spaces. The rooftop bar/restaurant was a nice place to spend time winding down after a long day of walking and sightseeing. The staff were all very friendly as well.

Really liked this place. The room was smaller but it was perfect and just what we needed. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were very helpful in helping us with sights to see and restaurants to visit. LOVED the roof top bar/restaurant. This was a beautiful place to hang out. I would definitely stay there again.

Stayed for two nights in Superior Double Room on Floor 1 (not street level). Great location across street from metro and train stations. Comfortable bedding, well maintained room, and good water pressure in shower. Breakfast offered wide variety of selections and was enjoyed. Only downside to the property is the room is minimalist in accommodations and no fitness center on property. You also can hear the bustle from the street at this active location. For 3370 DK per night would expect a little more but it is convenient to many areas to visit and restaurants; you are paying for the location.

Perfect location! Norreport metro entrance is about 50 yards from the hotel, and is a central metro location, but also walkable to bakeries, food courts, Rosenborg Castle, etc. Room was clean and had every amenity we needed. The check-in and check-out process were both easy, and the staff were very friendly.

The hotel is in a perfect location next to the Central tram station and close to great food halls, cafés and king's gardens. The staff is very friendly, and the rooftop bar offer excellent views. The rooms are small but functional, with clean, spacious showers.

The hotel is located in an ideal spot for visitors. It’s also the spot where partyers were going strong was past midnight. There was no air conditioning so we opened the windows but had to close them in the later evening because of the noise. The room was clean and served its purpose at a good price.

There isn’t AC as would be defined by US standards. But they gave us a fan which was great. It was convenient quiet even though on a busy street. Rosenburg castle was a 7 min walk at most. Hotel entrance is right across from a metro stop (M2). Breakfast offered a huge selection of foods. Staff were helpful. No gym or at least I never found it.

Perfect for a long weekend or business with friendly helpful staff. Breakfast had a wide selection all of which was high quality and fresh. Roof top bar was perfect for drinks and relaxing. Trip from the airport via the tram took you door to door quicker and cheaper than a taxi and having the metro and train station on your doorstep gave you a lot of flexibility. Would definitely stay again.

We had a fantastic stay here for 4 nights. An amazing breakfast. Fabulous ingredients. Make sure you pay the extra for it. Worth every penny. Very helpful staff. Extremely comfortable beds. Right in front of the metro that coms from the airport (€4 approx). Everything perfectly clean. Lovely bar and rooftop terrace for relaxing in.
