“Check in time was at 3pm. We were there at 3pm and were told to wait for two hours for rooms to be ready. It was raining a lot and we were not offered an alternative but to wait pretty much in our car or go back later. We were 6 people with kids and elderly, waiting for a room for two hours in the rain and not alternative but to come back or wait in the car while it is raining heavily should not be an alternative. We left and Expedia does not want to reimburse the money we paid for a room that...

“Rooms are clean, neat and pretty. There are three bedrooms and enough room for our family (2 adults and 3 kids). The road leading from the main street to the house is narrow, steep, and winding, making driving a bit challenging. A smaller vehicle with four-wheel drive and decent driving skills will be necessary. The location is nice. Just 20-30 minutes to Cartago. We had a good time there!”
