The garage was very secure and easy to access my room from the garage once we figured out which door to use. I would probably go back to a traditional hotel check in."

"Enjoyable place to stay in downtown Charlotte. Love the proximity to the Spectrum Center. Parking is a little confusing with two hotels sharing the same building. Signs at parking said $17 per night but it’s $34 per night for self parking and $42 for Valet parking."
