Things like only bottled water provided on the first day it was provided every day, air conditioning not working it worked perfectly, problems with the lifts there weren’t any. Everything was perfect the food, the room and the staff. We had a great time and will definitely stay there again.”

“Overall the hotel and its grounds are great. The views from the bungalows are stunning. Initially we were reallocated a room in the hotel which is not what we paid for. We were told this was an upgrade but upon entering the room we realised it was not what we were expecting.
