On arrival the shower was dirty with hairs from the previous guest left on the tiles, floor tiles stained as the shower has a drainage issue, and the shower pressure is extremely low when set to warm, I would describe it as a drizzle of water. “This place was great. The only issue that is both for visitors and the workers is the hills to get to the top building. Some parts are very steep and it’s hard for visitors to make it up. For the workers it’s hard whenever someone orders room service and they have to go all the way up or for the people helping with the laundry. They collect every room’s linen and then go all the way down to then come all the way back up. The good thing is that there are some taxi drivers that take visitors all...

“This a wonderful gem, tucked away in the mountains with wonderful views down to the ocean. The infinity pools have been thoughtfully located to take advantage of the scenery of the valley flowing to the sea. The location is wonderfully quiet and tranquil. There are some nice trails connected to the hotel as well. But the best part is the staff, who really welcome you and take care of you. I can't say enough about that, which includes the excellent food. Highly recommended.”

“The location of the resort is right on the beautiful Grand Anse beach. Breakfast was included and they had local food options. There are also several places to eat along the beach and near the resort. You can also purchase food at the resort bar. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms were okay and they are planning to renovate them which will enhance the experience in the future.”
