We had a wonderful stay at this charming apartment. From the moment we arrived, we were met with a warm and welcoming reception. The place had a lovely, homey feel—spotlessly clean, beautifully kept, and incredibly comfortable. It’s perfectly located, close to everything we needed, making it an ideal weekend getaway. I loved my stay here, quite comfortable, fantastic nights sleep, great shower and also had a bath for those so inclined. Lovely relaxing outdoor verandah, table and chairs and lounging chairs, I fully intend to return for more than one night next time. Lovely lady who checked me in. Highly recommend for singles and couples. Would love to do a walk on the foreshore but time this trip didn’t allow. So clean, plenty of cutlery and crockery for a couple.

I did not like that it is called luxury as it is average. The lounge is very dirty, the wardrobe was locked and we only had a portable rack to put our clothes on. the grass was long with old boats on it

The accommodation was a 1-bed unit under the owner’s residence. It was old & musty but relatively clean & the bed was comfortable. I was expecting something more luxurious by the online description

What a lovely unit, with plenty of space. Fresh milk, tea, coffee provided. Own parking in front of the unit a bonus. Very short walk to the beach for lovely walks. Would definitely book & stay there again.

Perfect for Us

Roomy holiday unit - we stayed overnight to attend a family funeral, our host was wonderful - let us in extra early to get dressed, made sure we had everything we needed, we are easy care so she then left us to it. The living area is roomy, tiled floor with a leafy private outlook from the full glass front, big screen TV, comfy lounge, fans and air conditioning, small kitchenette with microwave, outdoor setting undercover just outside with free parking in driveway. The shoreline of Corlette/Salamander Bay was a very short walk away. Bedroom roomy and private, very comfortable bed with nice linen, bathroom had a bath and plenty of room for both of us to use at same time, separate toilet. I understand extra bedrooms can be opened to accommodate larger parties of guests. We felt miles away from the world.
