“1. Didn't have an elevator (as listed on your website.) 2. Didn't have hot coffee or hot water in the lobby. 3. Didn't have hot water FOR THE BREAKFAST. This ruled out having tea and/or oatmeal. 4. A/C wasn't on in the breakfast room. 5. No fruit for breakfast, only waffles and stale muffins. 5. We were CHARGED MORE than our confirmation amount. 6. Front desk help was useless, her excuse was "it's a third party vendor." Maybe this is why there were only six cars in the parking lot...
