“My stay at RIU Montego Bay was a mix of positives and disappointments. My biggest issue was that the resort overpromised and underdelivered when it came to check-in. We were told our room would be ready at a certain time, but it wasn’t. I went to check on it once, and later my wife went back to ask again. That’s when we found out the room we had been waiting for wasn’t even going to be used that night for some reason. No one ever communicated this to us, which made the wait even more...
