The resort is close to Crystal so that makes it extremely convenient. It is very clean, well kept, and great staff. The pool is wonderful. The only problem this last visit was someone had puked in the hot tub and that wasn’t taken care of during our stay.

Staff was nice, but checking in and out was very slow- only one outdated computer. Food was good but pricy and slow. The lounge had a real wood burning fire place which was a cozy place and a chance to chat with fellow travelers. The Inn being located in the park was a great to visit the park.

Perfect location for our Mt. Rainier trip. We got there late at night, we pick up the key as instructed in the email. Check-in staff available until 8pm only. Helpful staff to assist us. Charming lodge, clean room, breakfast basket included in our stay. Nice outdoor sitting area. I highly recommend it.

It has a good breakfast in a nice breakfast room, though the biscuits were stale, but we were happy to have breakfast at all with the price of the room so affordable. I liked the grassy area where we could have sat in our lawn chairs if we had had enough time. Great bed and curtains and nice view of the mountains. Right next to Safeway. A little run down but we were very comfortable.

We will certainly stay in this hotel whenever we are traveling through Cle Elum. The desk clerk/owner? was so kind and friendly. I have a service dog...large and furry so the room was perfect for us. Large bathroom, not elegant but comfortable and clean furnishings which suits me. Love this place!

Pull up to front door of room for easy unloading/loading of car if on ground floor. Pleasant, efficient staff. Reasonable rates for the area.
