A really beautiful hotel just off Lake Iseo. Rooms were lovely and bathrooms were clean with a really powerful shower and great cosmetics. The only negative about our room was that it smelled a bit musty, it could have done with being aired out before out stay

Enjoyable short stay at a comfortable older spacious hotel with attentive staff The room though a bit dated was very comfortable and we were served a sumptuous breakfast The bonus was the availability of free electric destination charging of our e car!!!

We got an upgrade for the room with the lake view, which was very very sweet. The breakfast had lots of various of food, although I must say that the staff didnt fill out food anymore or didn't bring new tea cattle eventhough it was not too late for breakfast time (9~9:30).

We liked the location away from any busy streets, and it was very easy to find. It is a beautiful facility. Unfortunately, there was no restaurant open for dinner, as they were undergoing renovations. We did have a lovely breakfast on the terrace on the morning we left. All the staff was efficient and helpful.

Bei der Ankunft wurden wir wie ungebetene Gäste begrüsst. 2. Badetuchgarnitur im Doppelzimmer musste reklamiert werden. Bar bis zu 45 Min Wartezeit. Preis Leistung in keinem Verhältnis. Viel zu wenig Personal. Schlecht organisiert. Beim Frühstück eine Person die bedient. Wartezeiten für Kaffee beim Frühstück viel zu lange. Personal bemüht jedoch unterbesetzt. Da weiss ich auch nicht, ob es am unorganisierten Personal lag. Quantität und Qualität unterirdisch. Anlage überirdisch. Leider nein.

Relais Franciacorta...l’impatto ottimo ma

L’arrivo al Relais è di grande impatto ma poi ti accoglie una reception piuttosto fredda. La camera vista bosco è un po’ datata, il bagno aveva la vasca con tenda che onestamente non tollero più soprattutto in una stanza da 130 euro a notte e più. Il sentore è che la struttura sia più vocata alla ristorazione (la colazione era ottima e tutta la zona del ristorante molto curata) che all’albergazione. Confezione meravigliosa, contenuto in proporzione deludente.

素晴らしいリストランテのあるぜひまた滞在したい美しいフランチャコルタのホテル

当初二泊の予定でしたが、あまりの快適さに更に2泊し、結局4泊5日の滞在でした。特にガーデンに面したリストランテが素晴らしく、朝食は勿論の事毎日の夕食もここでとりました。ミシュランにも載っているようで、美味しくリーズナブルな食事です。わざわざ外に食事に出かけて行く必要は無いと感じました。夕食前にガーデンでのフランチャコルタの一杯とつまみで、毎日癒されました。ある夕方ガーデンにいつも通り行くと、BMWのレトロなバイクが所狭しと展示されていました。聞くと1940〜50年代のものとの事。BMWファンとして嬉しい限りでした。リストランテでのサービスにも満足でした。 地下にはワインセラーがなかなかの雰囲気を醸し出しています。イタリアの名だたるワインが揃っていて、ここでフルコースの食事も頂けるようです。 バスタブ付きの部屋はゆったりしていて快適でしたし、庭には季節柄藤の花が満開でした。 ここを拠点にイゼーオ湖へ行ったり、フランチャコルタのワイナリー巡りをしたり、アウトレットやワインショップを訪ねたりと、あちこち行くにも便利なレーケーションでした。滞在しているお客さんはモナコからのジャガーやポルシェ、ドイツからのメルセデスやBMWとなかなかのハイレベルの方々のように見受けられました。次回は是非家族と滞在したいと思っています。

Charming hotel, beautiful area, great restaurant

I had a flight out of Bergamo airport, had a rental car and some free time. Instead of staying at an airport hotel, I decided to stay at this hotel which is about 30 minutes' drive from Bergamo Airport. It's an impressive old private house, converted into a boutique hotel, surrounded by a large garden and an endless vineyard. The dinner and the Franciacorta were among the best I had for some time. The room was large, airy, quiet with a nice private balcony, but not as elegantly decorated as the rest of the hotel and the breakfast was not as good as I had expected. (I may have been late for breakfast) I would recommend this place and I know that I would like to stay there again.

Charming hotel in key wine area

Charming hotel with very helpful staff. Spacious comfy room. Wonderful dinner. Staff helped with reservations for local wine tasting as well with helpful email communication in weeks before check in.

Adorable hotel in beautiful location

We stayed here for 2 noghts and loved it. The room is clean, a little dated but well kept. We had everything we needed. Hotel staff was exceptional. It's located in a small lovely town with food and scenery. It was a great getaway for a couple, we would absolutely go again.
