“We absolutely loved our stay here, they have such good sporting facilties.- racquets club nearby, football acadamy for the children, golf for all ages. The spa was a lively treat and we loved that children can alao experience the spa between 2.30 - 4.30.
The staff were ALL so friendly and attentive. We would definitely revommend to all family and friends. There isnt too much to do in surrounding areas but the resort itself is amazing with a selection of restaurants. ”

“Our 4th stay. Great value for Money. Artived early so did a pre check in. Checked in later. Staff very friendly. We can speak Spanish but the staff wanted to practice their English which was very good.”

“We were very impressed by all the staff couldn't do enough for us, we went there with friends to celebrate Moira's birthday.
We had a few problems the air conditioning wasn't working so it was 27° in our room and very hot in our friends room also the jacuzzi bath didn't work. Some of the furniture needs tidying up. The big problem for us was the boat yard next door sanding a boat for painting was very noisy other than that we had a great time.”
“Only stayed for one night but would definitely stay again and recommend to others. Right on the seafront and walkable to all amenities of the resort and town. Parking can be somewhat difficult during busy periods, first time we parked we were on the next street, the second time we parked was a 4 minute walk away so not far. The lady on reception was super friendly and accommodating and made lots of recommendations for exploration of the area. Overall a lovely stay at Hotel Alaska!”

“The hotel is located at suberb area which looks like new town. It took 7 min. from the downtown of Kartagena by my car. Spacious parking places. Breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly and provided precise information for Kartegena tourism. Grocery store, ALDI, was within walking distance. Room was spacious. But bedding was average.”
