“Very helpful staff and room is clean and comfortable. Also near shops, restaurants, and shopping mall. Occasionally free music concert outside the hotel in the summer time. Taxi and trams literally steps away. Cadiz city center and Cadiz stadium is less than 30 mins ride by tram.”

“Great breakfast and amazing beach, but lots of not so great things: airco not working, heated pool not so heated and the Spa? Well, the pictures are unfortunately from a different hotel. You can go there, but it is full, so you cannot go there. What a joke!”

“This hotel is very nice and has beautiful grounds. I would say for a five star hotel, the lobby and common areas need serious updating. The seating around the hotel is a bunch of hodgepodge decoration. My biggest complaint, however, is the food. For being a five star hotel, the quality of the food was low and frankly tasteless.
