"Suite rooms ran down to unbearable condition. Bedding and furniture are old and damaged. Electric appliances outdated and damaged. Ceramic tiles very old and cracked. Bedding sheets were not cleaned and had spots on them."

"Everything here was amazing — such a pleasant two-night stay. Massimo was incredibly helpful and friendly, making the experience even better. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, the breakfast was always fresh and delicious, and everyone was so welcoming and kind. Truly a wonderful stay and I would definitely come back!"
