"Had a bike accident and couldn't make it in time they let me check in at 2:00 am and gave me a bottle of water at checkout without asking for my trip It also was ridiculously clean really everything was perfect "

"My experience was amazing and highly recommendable for all my family. The food and variety was awesome and because everything was delicious, I had to stop eating because I put some kilos extra. haha All rooms are provided with a view, its also good if you travel with children, elderly...To be honest, I will be back at some point. Well Done Hotel Peniscola!"

"The booking said beachfront. We were 10 minutes away. Tried to contact the hotel 4 times prior to our stay for a shuttle from the airport and was put through to a number that rang out on each occasion. Shower was broken. Someone came to fix it and it broke again. We weren't given access to the pool. Had to walk back to reception. Was given a fob that didn't work. Had to walk back to reception and was gives a card this time. Washing machine didn't work. Had to wash clothes by hand....
