“Well, my flight was delayed, cancelled and rebooked. Unfortunately my reservation was non refundable. I’ve reached out to the hotel staff and they were adamant about the policy and offered no flexibility. I’m sure it’s a nice hotel, but given what’s going on in the world these days you would think they will be somewhat flexible. I asked them to rebook me for half of the stay and I was denied. Just be aware that they are strict on their policy . I don’t like it, but it’s business I guess!”
