“The location is great. We loved having the Old Fleece pub next door. The amenities are nice. The biggest issue with this accommodation is the lack of air flow. It can get warm and stuffy in warmer weather. There are no windows, and keeping the door open at night was not an option for us.”

“Communication was good and all check in and out details easy. The property was very clean, and lovely decor. It had all the amenities we needed, with tea, coffee and sachet milk left as well. The balcony is a bonus. Easy walk to shops and restaurants, and access in and out of Cheltenham by car. Great to have the parking space in such a central location. Only downside is the noise from the road early in the morning with delivery lorries. Overall an amazing place to stay and we would stay again.”

“No complaints at all about the property it was spotless and in a perfect location. Parking was secure and well organised. Our only compliant is that we checked out over a week ago and have still not received a refund of the deposit by bank transfer as promised even though we were informed it was being paid. We stay in a lot of holiday lets with refundable deposits and have never had to use a bank transfer system before. Using a credit card guarantee is in our view far better as bank transfers...
