9.2/10 Wonderful! (1,680 reviews)
There was a deposit to be taken upon arrival which we were not made aware of when booking. The room was so small for the amount you pay, and we stayed two nights. The tv did not even have Netflix or anything, which one would expect when paying so much and in such a modern hotel. Good thing we took our PlayStation and connected it. Clean and modern, however, definitely would not stay again even if it were much cheaper and closer to everything.

8.4/10 Very Good! (1,001 reviews)
"We were already regretting our decision slightly as we didn’t see the small print re the swimming pool on hotels.com. Previously when we stayed a good while ago the pool was free and we wanted to have fun with two kids below 5. They charge £10 per person for 1 hour and they can’t even use the spa ..."
