“We loved staying at De Vere in Cotswolds, it was very family friendly. The room was spacious and surroundings were beautiful and calm. I specifically liked the healthy choice of breakfast. For use of swimming pool, you have to pay £10/ per person and book a lot for 60mins, but it was worth it, not too busy and there were children but not chaotic at all. We definitely would like to come back!”

“Initially booked a two night stay but cut this short to one night after a horrid experience. We stayed here during the height of the 2026 summer heat wave. The hotel DID have air conditioning, but there was a sign in the room essentially stating that it was broken / deactivated. Upon speaking to the unbothered reception staff, it was discovered that the hotel once had air conditioning, but it had broken years ago and wouldn't be repaired. The room was stiflingly hot. In addition to this, the...

“Very good location for you to enjoy Cotswold. Lovely, spacious and clean room and kind staff. Breakfast was also satisfactory. You can enjoy your stay. Everything was what I wanted during my stay. In addition to it, I can park my car without any charge. I wanna visit again sooner or later. ”

“ALL GOOD GREAT STAFF.”

“The best! Want to go back already!”

“The hotel is located near the Moreton-in-the-Marsh train station, which makes it very convenient to access for travelers without cars. I found the staffs kind, and the library on the first floor is nice and cozy. The room itself is a bit small and the TV didn't work, but I didn't mind too much. I'd visit the hotel again”

“Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Stag. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and the room was well appointed and comfortable. Our only concern was the presence of black mould in the shower and around the bathroom window. The amount and odour were noticeable, and while it was clear that cleaning products had been used, the area would benefit from some maintenance and remediation. Parking was also a bit challenging to find. Google Maps was not particularly helpful, so we...

“Loft room was more spacious than expected. Staff were friendly and helpful. A nice base in the Cotswolds”

“Loved the staff, expecially one who came out to the bus stop with added information on the day I left in the afternoon: Wednesday, October 28th. More than necessary”
