โBeautifully decorated, spotlessly clean room, comfortable bed, powerful shower, quick check-in, helpful staff.
Only improvement would be to find a way to prevent the doors in the corridor from slamming shut as quite noisy.โ
โVery friendly host, dinner in their restaurant excellent. Can tell food is made from scratch. Lovely flavours, both the slow cooked beef brisket and the chicken curry.
Room was immaculately clean, nice thick towels and soft bedlinen.
I have managed branded and non-branded hotels so can tell when a room is clean. โ
โProperty under work conditions. Builder's works. Out side & in parking area. Not that it stopped peaople from doing things. But things still being sorted. Under staft at times especial sunday morning everyone leaving to go home one barr staff to deal with reception. Barr. Food peoples wants & needs. Breakfast ect . Needed two or three staff in my opinion. Aside from thay excellent. Thank you. I will be back.โ
โGood central location, convenient low cost parking options close by. Friendly service, good size room, with fridge and microwave. Very good value, we'll go there again.โ
โI was greeted in a friendly fashion at reception and given a room on the ground floor on requesting this.
All was quite clean and a very comfortable bed.
I will be back again when I am in Gloucester โ
โNice comfy king size bed, kind pleasant host. Free parking, easy walk to city centre, cathedral and quayside shopping. 1st visit to Gloucester, and won't be out last.โ
โWe had a fantastic stay at the rising sun, staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location with a stunning view, great amenities in the room and the option of the pub and restaurant downstairs! Would highly recommend.โ
