Rooms are a bit tired and dated but quiet and the bed was comfortable. Excellent shower. Food was pretty good - it’s pub food but fairly priced. All in all, pretty good value for the price.

Good size room in a quiet location The staff are very friendly and the food menu and quality was great Bathroom shower was a little awkward being in the bath with no grab rails when getting in/out All in all a good hotel and competitively priced

The hotel room was lovely, we had a family room and was so spacious and clean. It was very warm in the room due to the 30degree weather and there was a nice suprise of a fan in the room! We will definitely be staying again.

Good for an overnight stay for Cotswold walking.

The stay was pleasant, the hotel is a bit tired could do with some modernization in the rooms however it was very clean. The food is standard green king and there is nowhere else to eat with out driving, good for an overnight stop but your limited for a longer stay. Staff were lovely, chatty and helpful.

Lovely room, nice big bed that I found comfortable - large bathroom and bath. Quiet in room, everything you'd need/want. Shame about some of the portion sizes in the restaurant and lack of many items on the menu.

Nice short weekend away.

Electric charging points weren't working. Don't think they have been everytime we have been. Food was excellent. Saturday evening service was very slow though..Waited 60 minutes for our food. I apreciate they were busy but 60 minutes for a burger and gammon was a bit excessive. Have stayed here a number of times. Lovely place. Will stop again.

OK for a short stopover

Original part of hotel is quaint and staff were accommodating. Down side is that the rooms need updating quite badly - our side table had a built in radio that looked like it had been there since the 80’s. Was clean, and OK for an overnight stop on our walking tour.

Good location for the races and motorway

Stayed here as part of our trip to Cheltenham races. Hotel was warm and friendly with free onsite parking. Breakfast was ok but the cutlery needs to be changed, my fork was big enough to dig the garden with! Room was spacious but the pillows are dreadful, really hard and cheap. Think I’d stay again but jury is still out!
