"That this hotel is close to the Paris airport was a definite plus. Incredibly easy access to no-cost shuttle/train to all airport terminals (running every few minutes!). Also liked the on-site Jetlag Restaurant. Room was comfortable and spacious."

"Highly recommend this hotel if you are planning to go to Disney. The hotel is beautiful, ignore the negative reviews as I couldn't find one issue with the hotel. The free shuttle bus can get busy at peak times but this would be the same for any hotel. Breakfast is the most quiet at 7am we were the only family in there. It does get a lot busier from 8:30am but I did witness staff replenishing food that had ran out. The reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly when the children realised there wasn't bunk beds in the room they happily changed our room for us. We also opted for late check out on our last day which I thought was excellent value for money at only 10 euros per hour. This meant the children could still take advantage of the play area and swimming pools and we had our room as a base before our evening flight. I wouldn't hesitate to give our stay 5 stars. "The hotel had an awesome old western theme which takes you back in time to the wild west. The attention to detail was great and all that was missing was a duel at sundown (thankfully) The staff here are absolutely amazing and made pur stay even more pleasant. So friendly and exceptional customer service which was far superior to my experience at other hotels I have been to. The value for money is outstanding and if you get the park tickets and breakfast package then you will be laughing all the way to the park and back."
