It was a very bad experience because with the amount of money I paid I thought it is a 5 star from your application rating but it wasn’t at all not even a 3 star hotel with this standard I saw like I’ve been cheated really very disappointed

Very close to all action! Restaurants, lounges/bars, ski slopes. Even though it’s not considered ski in/out, the lifts are just across the street. Ski shop is available at hotel with descent equipment rentals. Spa with tiny dry and wet saunas, and a pool. Breakfast included in room price is a la cart (anything you can wish for, the chef will cook for you). Overall will gladly return here!

Em geral correu tudo muito bem. Hotel bem localizado. Foi pena não terem cumprido com o pedido de em vez de ter uma cama de casal ter 2 separadas pois estava com a minha sobrinha. Achei tudo muito caro. o Pequeno almoço custar 39€ por pessoa acho um absurdo. O preço do quarto em si também fui um valor demasiado alto. aceitei porque apenas decidi uns dias antes que iria e já não havia muita oferta. De qualquer forma as pessoas eram todas muito simpáticas e o Hotel muito simpático. Nas tv, (Smart tv) tem aplicações mas por exemplo a Netflix não funcionava. Penso que possa ser por motivos de velocidade de internet. Tentei com dois users diferentes e não consegui. O pessoal da loja de Skies do Hotel eram extremamente simpáticos e eficazes.
