“A castle on the beach, it's quite a dream! Steps away from the sea, you walk up a tower (literally) into the magical Chateau de Theoule, where you walk along stone-paved gardens from the pool, restaurant/bar, spa, and spacious rooms. Parking is available and the valet staff was very professional. The hotel has a private beach club and the water is less crowded than the other beaches nearby. For the price tag and luxury experience, though, I was surprised by the lack of personal care and grooming...

“Had to pay for parking but security seemed good. Nice location. Microwave in the room was useful. Don't expect much with the pool. Never tried it. Room was adequate. Not so big or small. Balcony was good.”

“Glad I didn’t stay at the old town where this hotel has bus station just in front of the gate. Staff was excellent and house keeping as well. Beautiful pool with reasonably priced pool bar.”

“We booked the apartment with a seaside view. Nice big room with a big 65” TV, kitchen and a separate bedroom. But the bed was hard and not very comfortable. Great cleaning service and service overall was also great. ”

The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect—they were incredibly helpful and friendly. Plus, the location was ideal, with some fantastic dining options just a short walk away. Highly recommend!”

“It was really clean and easy to check in. They have Valet parking out front and breakfast (expensive €26 per person). The rooms were clean, the bathroom was spacious and lovely with jack and jill sinks, the shower had a waterfall showerhead as well as a hand held shower head. Location was great for Cannes, 5 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute walk to the main beach strip with restaurants, 15-20 minute walk to central area with shopping and restaurants.”
