"The room was dated, pillows awful and bed was not comfortable. I doubt I would stay again as the price did not reflect in the room standard. We attended a Wedding which was faultless, staff were fantastic and food excellent, shame about the room. "

This was totally unacceptable as the stairs were quite steep and for those carrying luggage, especially to the 4th floor, this was not good. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and when we asked to be moved, they did their best to make other arrangements. Apart from that, we love Scotland and the beautiful scenery it has to offer. "

"For a 5 star hotel breakfast was not on point. It was a hot plate option. Dog friendly hotel but that does not mean dogs should be on seats. This was like a 5 star butlins. This hotel lives on a name. "
