“Shocked to seen at Kitchen and bathroom disgusting unclean TERRIBLE No mugs for coffee tea when arrives. Recommend not go there. Bedroom bed mattress uncomfortable Old Sheet duvet looks like from Charity”

“Staff Heather was lovely. Thanks”

“it was horrible, it should be closed.”

“Beautiful period property, excellent value for money, very safe. The room, shared bathroom and shower room were all very clean and well maintained. The restaurant/cafe serves delicious home-cooked food. I was initially concerned this was going to be ‘too cheap’ but actually it was really lovely. Highly recommended.”

“So terrible to say, poor experience with the service and no security because some people are living in some rooms permanently”

“Property was clean and as a family we felt safe staying there. Room was a nice size and our stay there was good. The parking outside was often difficult to find spaces and due to permit holder restrictions 4:30pm-6:30pm you have to lose your space every day you stay. If you have a large vehicle you need to park I would not recommend any accomodation in this area. Not the fault of the owner though and if you don't require parking for a large vehicle it's a fine accomodation.”

“I would definitely recommend and stay here again Paying to park was perfectly acceptable but as I’m not too good at small print would have preferred it as optional directly when booking All features and amenities were well thought and and bed super comfy”

“Horrendous. Oven was so dirty it couldn't be used. Room has one mug, one towel, one pillow - two of us staying. Dirty sponges left at the sink, clearly used multiple times. Bed was horrific, worst mattress I've ever slept on, very old, bed falling apart, not even a full size double. Husband and I are very average in size I had to try and sleep either end of the bed - didn't help due to the noise of other residents all night. Fridge not cleaned, food still in there from last person.Young men...
