A perfect place to stay

A perfect place to stay. Within walking distance to the nicest restaurants and so close to the markets and nightlife. The room was so nice and spacious with lots of storage. The only thing I would like is a full size ironing board. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Property was on 3rd floor had a lift tho which was great. Room was huge , nearly a full kitchen so you could easily stay a week if u wanted. Bed was pretty comfy , bathroom was massive with a spa bath . Good size fridge . Only real downside was the tv was the size of a computer monitor. For over 300 per night an upgrade to the tv wouldn’t hurt . Overall great location and clean .

Upon check in Andrea was rude and unwelcoming. Make sure you read your emails thoroughly as you check yourself in... no need for a receptionist. The room was not like the photos, we were given bunk beds and a double. We booked twin beds, as this was an option. There were no photos of bunk beds when i booked. I called reception to ask if there were any rooms with two double beds as this was the assumption on booking. and was told that was the only configuration. I said the photo's were misleading... i was cut off a number of times and then Andrea proceeded to tell me... the customer being right hasn't been a thing since the 1980's. At that point i realized there was no point asking questions as Andrea did not seem to give two hoots. Please note if you book this online it is non refundable and the beds are beyond uncomfortable... I'd say they'd been picked up on hard rubbish day as the springs dig into your back. Probably the only positive feedback i can give is that the location was great.
