"Breakfast was very good and in a lovely peaceful garden. Staff in the hotel were fantastic, really helpful even under pressure. It was horribly hot the weekend that we were there (unusual for Cardiff) but they did everything possible to make us comfortable with fans (no air-conditioning)."

"Sadly I think when we went there were less staff than required and a few things were going wrong on that day. Our rooms were not ready as the linen hadn’t arrived - but gave us a free bottle of wine for dinner to compensate so happy with that. Next day but more of a major issue! No water when it came to having a shower in the middle of the day. They did provide another room after 30mins of back and forth with reception as out in house phone didn’t work!
