“You need a.category six when it comes to lodges like Hacienda Tres Lagos. I have been traveling for five weeks in Argentina, Uruguay and Chile and Tres Lagos is hands down my/our favorite place. Our room (Exploradores) was spectacular with the fireplace, view and amenities! The staff were over the top. We felt like somewhere between close family and beloved royalty! “It was an exciting drive.to get there but what a peaceful retreat. Andrea was delightful and attentive. She helped us place a take out order. Best sleep I have had on this trip! Breakfast was delicious..wish we had had at.least.enough time to walk down to the river! Next time!!?”

“The location is excellent, the house design is good, beautiful, and almost new. But everything is poorly done. The floor is bulging, the doors don't close, the shower stalls leak, and the large dining table wobbles. Most importantly, the hot water doesn't flow constantly. You have to wait a long time for it, then it comes on briefly and then disappears again. We couldn't take a proper shower. The staff was friendly, and check-in was quick.”
