“Very clean room. Nice and spacious. Lovely and helpful staff!”

“The housekeeping is every other day. This was not advertised. My room was not cleaned much to my surprise. And I arrived at 11.56 with a handicapped person and the front desk clerk said I would have to wait until 12.15 to check. I had to ask for the manager on duty to get a room. The staff is terrible. Not up to Hilton standards.”

“The property was under renovation. We’re expecting our room ready at 6-ish but unfortunately it was not so we ended up the available room which is the handicapped. But kudos to the front person very helpful and nice.”

“We stayed for five nights and were extremely disappointed. The hotel was undergoing loud construction all day, but this was never disclosed before booking. The room would not cool below 80°F, and we had to buy fans just to sleep comfortably. The toilet repeatedly stopped flushing—we had to pour water into it ourselves until it was finally repaired on our last day after reporting it multiple times. The bathroom sink only had hot water. Many advertised amenities were unavailable: no working ice...
