"I had a very disappointing experience staying at this motel. First of all, the place was extremely crowded and noisy, which made it very uncomfortable to relax or rest. The room itself was incredibly small and in very poor condition. It honestly felt neglected and not well maintained at all. What made the experience even worse is that the listing clearly stated that the room included a small refrigerator. I specifically chose this motel because of that detail, but when I arrived, there was no refrigerator in the room at all. This was very misleading and felt like false advertising. When I spoke to the employee at the front desk, he simply told me there was nothing he could do about it and didn’t even try to help or offer any solution. There was no apology, no attempt to fix the issue, and no effort to provide another room or any compensation. Honestly, the least they could do in a situation like this is refund my money or offer some kind of compensation for the inconvenience and the misleading information. Customers should not have to deal with false promises and poor service like this. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience and I would not recommend staying here unless you want to deal with overcrowded conditions, poorly maintained rooms, and unhelpful staff. I am still waiting for a response regarding this issue."

"Frankly we don't see how this hotel stays open! - The TV remtes did not work. - Coffe maker in the room, but no cups or coffee. Inoperative bathroom fan. - Broken hair dryer. - Dirty and smelly elevator. - Bathtub drain was plugged. - The grouting on the bathtub tiles had mildew on them. - Bins for breakfast were empty, etc, etc. The family run owner/staff had no interest to improve anything. Apparently, all they cared was to cut corners and save money. If you are looking for a clean and well-run hotel, look elsewhere!"

"Rooms were clean and staff was courteous and polite. My only complaint is that the complimentary breakfast was terrible. The food tasted awful and I wished I had opted to just go somewhere else for breakfast."

"The room was in okay condition. The wallpaper was peeling in areas and the room had a moist smell to it, along with strong chemical smells in the room and hallways. Overall cleanliness was fair nothing out of the ordinary, did wish we received fresh linens more than the first night. We had to ask every night for new towels for the next morning. "
