"The resort is in the middle of no where and is not located in Acapulco which it was listed under. It was once a beautiful place but really nothing around it especially for the price. The beach is nice. The grounds are maintained but the rooms/suites need some work. "

"well, let's see.... we were 5 people and had to wait for 2h to get a breakfast. no, they were not full. guests let theirs and other local dogs use the pool for "anything" and nobody at the hotel cares. no, the pool was not clean. at 7pm all employees left and there was no service, let alone a phone number in any case of any emergency. and coincidentally the bottom floor room sliding door could not be locked. go figure....."
