“Basic things that were neglected or done poorly 1) no pre check in email was received resulting in us being stuck outside the property as we were not informed of the access code to gain entry into the property. Imagine being caught in a situation when you had 4 cars backed up behind you and you couldn’t get in - enough said 2) no air conditioning in the rooms and the windows can’t be open. “If you’re looking for a budget-friendly and comfortable place near Mount Cradle, I’d recommend Wilder Tamania. It’s about a 45-minute drive from Mount Cradle. The property has a lounge area where you can relax in the evening, and breakfast is served in the morning. The dome rooms come with A/C, a fireplace, and hot water. The staff member : Brit gave us a warm welcome, showing us around and being very friendly.”
