The positives are straightforward: excellent location, parking, rooms are modern and fresh, and a pool area that is new. Breakfast is no better than what you would expect in a decent 3-star hotel. I think the downside was, it was warm and a bit noisy at night as it was near the pub and people were dining outside where we could hear the loud chats and laughs. But, I love the ambience and view of the place. I definitely will come back to visit again.
