The property is at the foot of the mountains so there's some steps going from the rooms to the restaurant and to the pool area. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. The restaurant is very good but it's only open until 3pm, after that it's a pizzeria only but the pizzas are made from scratch (expect a little wait time) and are delicious. If you intend on eating breakfast there, go early when it opens. Will definitely go back.

O café da manhã não é o que oferecem , a piscina infantil está em reforma e não avisam , perguntei sobre o horário da piscina e restaurante durante a noite me disseram até as 22:00 mas as 19:30 já me mandaram sair da piscina , o cardápio muito sem opção , aliás já tem uns três anos mais ou menos que não é atualizado , tipo , as mesmas opções que por sinal , são boas bem gostosas mas muito restritas

Sem conforto e qualidade

O hotel parecia abandonado, os chalés tinham cheiro de mofo, lençóis velhos, colcha horrível, quando chegamos estava tudo desligado, frigobar, contadores, tudo, não tinha água no frigobar, o banheiro estava com a torneira do chuveiro quebrada, não funcionou água morna!

Não tive uma boa experiência

O ligar é muito bonito, com muita natureza em volta. Porém, não foi uma experiência muito boa para mim. Reservamos o chalé onde informava que haviam camas em quartos separados, porém havia apenas um quarto suíte com a cama de casal. Duas camas de solteiro eram na sala/cozinha no andar térreo. Frigobar estava com o botão da temperatura desligado. Mesmo fazendo o check in mais de uma hora após o horário, o quarto estava cheio de água no chão, da limpeza. Não havia tapetes de chão e banheiro. Poucas toalhas, uma delas cheia de mato grudado. No térreo, apenas ventilador que não mexia, ou seja, a pessoa da outra cama não recebia vento. A cortina não era blackout (conforme anúncio) e a do térreo estava emperrada, então ficou metade da janela com luz da manhã. No pátio, não havia mesa, como nos demais chalés. Só não fui reclamar na recepção porque só iríamos passar um dia mesmo, aliás não há interfone no chalé (teria que sair na chuva para ir até a recepção). Chuveiro beeem ruim. Água muito mirrada e gelada na maior parte do tempo, pois era muito difícil de regular a temperatura. Não pretendo voltar.

O local é extremamente agradável para estadia, é uma pena que dá para perceber que falta mais funcionários para ajudar no atendimento, bem como precisa de um trabalho de conservação na estrutura dos chalés. O pessoal do atendimento é mt gentil. O café da manhã é muito bom. As piscinas são boas.

Bom, mas poderia ser melhor

Estadia confortável. Apenas isso... O hotel, apesar de ser muito bonito e bem localizado, está com aspecto de velho. Várias áreas necessitam de cuidado e limpeza. O quarto estava limpo, mas faltou uma mesa na sacada do quarto. O chuveiro quente no dia que chegamos estava funcionando, mas logo de manhã não estava mais. E pela localização fria (serra) é imprescindível ter água quente logo pela manhã.
