“We received proper instructions on how to enter this Boutique Hotel (only 3 suites). The suites are gorgeous and beautifully appointed, including a hot tub on each private balcony. We never met the owner of the property but we highly recommend staying here if you want a unique experience!”

“This is one of those rare, exquisite properties you don't think exist anymore. The proprietor met us at the front desk, showed us to our room, which was a great price and had AMAZING views. The breakfast is hot and to order from reserved tables. It is an exceptional property in a wonderful town. 10/10 would absolutely stay here again. We are considering planning another vacation specifically to this property.

If you're looking to walk into downtown Donegal you might find this one to be a bit far. But the trade-off is it's quieter and probably bigger rooms and nicer amenities.

“We had the perfect view of the ocean from our room at the Sandhouse Hotel. With the windows open at night listening to the waves was so peaceful and tranquil. The employees were extremely helpful and made us feel very welcome. I would definitely return for another stay. ”
